Born and raised in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Kylee took to the digital arts at a young age making herself the star of family home videos, creating imaginary movie sets with her barbie dolls, and soon finding herself a part of a community of creators on YouTube for a short period of time. It was in this community she fell in love with editing, creating stories, and the potential of having a big dream. The summer prior to her senior year in high school, she attended an Envision NYFL: Digital art, Film, and Journalism camp and spent 2 weeks learning at the New York Film Academy where she gained a deeper respect and vision for her passions. Following high school, she started college at the Art Institute of Philadelphia studying Digital Filmmaking before they closed their doors that following summer.

Since returning home, Kylee redirected her filmmaking passion towards photography as a way to keep her eyes attuned. She's found a deep pull in capturing portraits of all kinds and has a soft spot in taking travel and nature photos.

"I have always found the art of portrait photography to be a genuine and beautiful experience. But in crafting any art, I think it's our job to be true to ourselves and to push our own boundaries; have I pushed the comfort zones today? Something I always ask myself during photoshoots is, what is something that hasn't been done before? A hard task, the goal is to make something that feels like yours. Whether I come out with something creative is the audience's choice. Whether it's good, even great, is mine. I drive to help express myself and the people who sit in front of my lens, I want to show real human experiences and the beauty of ourselves through my creations. I want my art to move you and push the idea of modern expression. They don’t always have to matter, and people don’t always have to like it. What does matter is if I like it, my team likes it, and if I’m proud of what I made at the end of the day."
